1. When You Can Cancel

You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped, entirely free of charge ($0.00 cancellation fee). Once an order has been physically dispatched from our facility and a carrier tracking number has been generated, it can no longer be cancelled. In this event, the order must be processed as a standard return after delivery has taken place.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To request an immediate order cancellation, please contact our support team as quickly as possible. You must submit your request via email to contact@lawnbeautifier.shop or by calling customer service at +1 (941) 394-3837. Please ensure you provide your full name, your exact store order number, and your explicit request to cancel so our staff can intercept the package before shipment.

3. Cancellation Confirmation & Refunds

Once our customer support team intercepts and processes your cancellation request, we will send an automated cancellation confirmation email to your inbox. Your full purchase refund will be issued automatically back to your original PayPal account balance within 5–10 business days. There are absolutely no restocking or administrative fees applied to pre-shipment cancellations.

4. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already left our warehouse facility, we cannot stop the delivery transit. Upon arrival, you may either refuse delivery from the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) or accept the package and immediately contact us to initiate a free return under our 90-day return window. 5. Cancellations Initiated By Us

Lawn Beautifier LLC reserves the right to cancel any order placed on our storefront. We may cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Unexpected stock discrepancies or sudden product inventory depletion.
Systematic pricing errors or incorrect product description listings.
Orders flagged by our payment security systems as potential fraudulent activity.

If we must cancel your order for any of these reasons, we will contact you immediately via email to explain the issue and issue a full, immediate refund to your payment method.
