At Lawn Beautifier LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward, fully transparent return and refund process described below.

1. Return Window

You have 90 days from the exact date your order is delivered by the carrier to request a formal return. Return requests submitted after this 90-day window cannot be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer FREE return shipping on all approved returns within the United States. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees. The restocking fee for all returns is $0.00.

3. Eligibility for Return

To ensure eligibility for a successful return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unused, unworn, and uninstalled.
  • It must be in its original packaging, including all original tags, labels, instructional manuals, and hardware accessories.
  • It must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exemptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, neglect, or alterations.
  • Items returned without their original manufacturer packaging or missing essential parts.
  • Digital goods or gift cards.
  • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@lawnbeautifier.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to drop off your package.
  3. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a formal return, as unapproved shipments cannot be processed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@lawnbeautifier.shop. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right immediately.

6. Refunds & Processing Times

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the item's condition.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment (the specific credit card, debit card, or PayPal account used during final checkout).
  • Processing Window: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to officially reflect in your financial account, depending on your bank or card issuer's internal processing times.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
