Thank you for shopping at lawnbeautifier.shop. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped after purchase.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or international destinations at this time.

2. Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. The shipping cost displayed at checkout will always be $0.00.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time or over weekends and holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
  • Handling Time: All orders are securely processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment validation.

You will receive an automated confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package leaves our facility.

4. Transit & Estimated Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: Once handed over to the carrier, packages typically take 3–7 business days to arrive within the United States (Monday through Friday).
  • Total Delivery Time: The total estimated timeline from initial order placement to final delivery is approximately 4–10 business days (Handling Time + Transit Time).

While we make every effort to fulfill orders within this timeframe, actual transit durations may occasionally vary due to external factors such as major regional weather conditions, carrier volume anomalies, or national holiday peaks.

5. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted national carrier networks, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on product weight, dimensions, and destination requirements. The specific carrier assigning your delivery route will be listed inside your tracking confirmation email.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an update email containing your tracking number and an online routing link. Please allow up to 24 hours for initial tracking information to update within the carrier's scanning system.

7. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address in strict accordance with applicable U.S. state and local tax laws.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lawn Beautifier LLC is dedicated to helping you resolve delivery issues. If your package tracking status is officially marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, we kindly advise taking the following measures:

  1. Verify your immediate property perimeter (porch, side doors, garage areas, mailbox).
  2. Check with neighbors or household members to see if it was accepted on your behalf.
  3. Wait an additional 24–48 hours, as shipping carriers occasionally pre-scan items before actual arrival.
  4. Contact the local carrier station directly using your unique tracking number.

If the delivery remain missing after following these steps, please contact our support team at contact@lawnbeautifier.shop so we can launch a formal carrier investigation.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@lawnbeautifier.shop. Please include your order details alongside photographic documentation of the damaged container and product so we can arrange an immediate replacement or solution.

10. Shipping Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address accuracy before executing your order. If you identify a typo or mistake after submission, contact us immediately. We will execute every possible attempt to modify the shipping routing prior to carrier processing; however, we are unable to alter destination criteria or assume liability for corrections once the package has been signed over to the carrier.
