At Lawn Beautifier LLC, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This Warranty Information page explains the coverage we provide on the products you purchase from lawnbeautifier.shop.

1. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Most products sold on our store are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting from the date of delivery.

If your product develops a defect during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the defective item, or
  • Repair the defective item, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund

2. What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Defects in workmanship
  • Functional failure under normal use conditions
  • Components or hardware that fail prematurely

3. What Is NOT Covered

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or abuse
  • Damage from accidents, drops, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic scratches and surface marks from use)
  • Damage from exposure to extreme weather conditions or improper storage
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
  • Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use
  • Damage caused by improper assembly not following the manufacturer's instructions
  • Consumable parts (such as bits or blades that wear with use)
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers (warranty applies only to items purchased directly from lawnbeautifier.shop)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As Is" at the time of purchase

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@lawnbeautifier.shop within the warranty period and provide:

  1. Your original order number or proof of purchase
  2. A clear description of the defect or issue
  3. Photographs and/or a short video showing the defect
  4. The date you first noticed the issue

We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps, which may include returning the product (at our cost) for inspection.

5. Warranty Claim Resolution Timeline

  • Claim review: 2–3 business days
  • Replacement shipping (if approved): Within 3–7 business days after approval
  • Refund (if approved): Issued to original PayPal payment within 5–10 business days

6. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may also be covered by an additional manufacturer's warranty that extends beyond our 1-year limited warranty. In such cases, we will assist you in connecting with the manufacturer to honor that warranty. Manufacturer warranty details, when applicable, are typically included in the product packaging or documentation.

7. Limitations of Liability

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.

8. Transferability

This warranty is offered solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase from lawnbeautifier.shop is required for all warranty claims.

9. Relationship to Returns

The warranty is separate from our 90-day return policy. Within the first 90 days, you may choose either to return the product (see Refund & Returns Policy) or to file a warranty claim, whichever is more convenient. After 90 days, only the warranty applies.
