At Lawn Beautifier LLC, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This Warranty Information page explains the coverage we provide on the products you purchase from lawnbeautifier.shop.

1. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Most products sold on our store are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting from the exact date of delivery.

If your product develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will, at our operational discretion:

  • Replace the defective item with a brand new unit, or
  • Repair the defective item, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund back to your payment account.

2. What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials.
  • Defects in factory workmanship.
  • Functional hardware failure under normal use conditions.
  • Components that fail prematurely under standard operation.

3. What Is NOT Covered

The following are strictly excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, commercial application, or abuse.
  • Damage from accidents, drops, collisions, or improper consumer installation.
  • Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic scratches, dents, and surface marks from regular use).
  • Damage from exposure to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or improper storage.
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or third-party alterations.
  • Use of the product for purposes other than its explicitly intended residential use.
  • Damage caused by improper assembly not following the provided manufacturer's instructions.
  • Consumable parts (such as bits, chains, or cutting blades that naturally wear down with use).
  • Items purchased from uncertified third-party sellers (warranty applies only to direct items purchased from lawnbeautifier.shop).
  • Items specifically marked as "Final Sale" or "As Is" at the time of initial checkout.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact our support staff at contact@lawnbeautifier.shop within the active warranty period and provide:

  1. Your original store order number or direct proof of purchase.
  2. A clear, detailed description of the structural defect or operational issue.
  3. Photographs and/or a brief video clearly showing the product defect.
  4. The exact date you first noticed the operational issue.

Our processing team will review your claim details and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps, which may include returning the product (at our cost) for a formal physical inspection.

5. Warranty Claim Resolution Timeline

  • Claim Review: 2–3 business days.
  • Replacement Shipping (if approved): Dispatched within 3–7 business days after approval.
  • Refund Processing (if approved): Issued to your original PayPal payment account within 5–10 business days.

6. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may also be covered by an additional manufacturer's warranty that extends completely beyond our standard 1-year limited warranty. In such cases, we will gladly assist you in connecting with the corporate manufacturer to honor that extended coverage. Manufacturer warranty details, when applicable, are typically included inside the original product packaging or manual documentation.

7. Limitations of Liability

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state. Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the original purchase price paid for the product. Lawn Beautifier LLC is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.

8. Transferability

This warranty is offered solely to the original retail purchaser and is entirely non-transferable. Clear proof of purchase from lawnbeautifier.shop is required for all warranty claim validations.

9. Relationship to Returns

The warranty framework is entirely separate from our 90-day return policy. Within the first 90 days following delivery, you may choose either to return the product for a standard refund (see Refund & Returns Policy) or to file an official warranty claim, whichever is more convenient for your situation. After 90 days, only the standard 1-year warranty coverage rules apply.
